After many hours of heated debate and discussion the judges now finally has been able to present the list of shortlisted nominations. Congratulation to those who made it to the 2nd round. If you have not made it to the shortlist this year, you have a chance to put a winning case together for 2012!

category 3 Talent Management Excellence Award - SPONSORED BY – (OPEN)

Enterprise that has demonstrated committment and innovative practices in talent attraction, development, deployment, retention aligned to organisation’s objectives. With particular focus on rewards and recognition, training and development aligning organisational needs with employee ambitions, diversity management programmes and policies, Talent sourcing (internal and external)- methods and policies in addition to performance and succession management policies and practices.

category 4 HR and Business Success Excellence Award - SPONSORED BY – Starwood Hotels & Resorts

category 9 Green HR Award - SPONSORED BY – (OPEN)

category 10 Dave Ulrich Award of HCM Excellence – The Winner of Winners –

Professor Dave Ulrich will select the winner of the winners, which nominations will eventually be the overall winner of European HCM Excellence Awards in 2012, receiving a prestigious Award from Dr. Ulrich.
